Industry Project - TigerPrint

In the third term of every year at the University of Northampton, in Surface Design and Printed Textiles BA Hons course an Industry project is provided as our 3rd term project. This year is an industry project that I am very excited about starting.

The Industry Host this year is the amazing Tigerprint who supply greeting cards, gift wrap, stationary and textile character toys to some of the best know retailers in the United Kingdom. These include M&S, Asda, Co-op and my favourite Paperchase.

There are two project briefs to choose from are very different the first being "Female luxury" and the second being "Christmas." After research into to Tigerprint and the two different themes, I have decided that the best suited for myself is "Christmas." I have a great love for this festive season, my art work focuses on textural mark making and the use of colour therefore I think this theme would be the best suited for myself.
